About The Position

Germain Mercedes-Benz Van Center is seeking a Commercial Van/Sprinter Sales Associate for their brand new, standalone Sprinter Van Center, the first of its kind in Ohio. This role is responsible for driving sales of commercial vans and Sprinter vehicles by providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to a diverse clientele including businesses, fleet buyers, contractors, delivery companies, and transportation operators. The position offers an initial guarantee-base plus commission.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience
• Commercial vehicle sales experience a plus
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in a dealership
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Fleet/commercial experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential commercial van customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing client base
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals in a timely manner
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits
• Stay informed of market trends and industry developments to effectively promote products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
