Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional automotive or commercial vehicle repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional attitude and attention to detail
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Experience with commercial trucks, cargo vans, fleet vehicles, or medium-duty trucks
ASE certifications
Diesel experience

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair gasoline and diesel commercial vehicles
Perform comprehensive mechanical and safety inspections
Diagnose drivability, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and engine concerns
Accurately identify repair needs and recommend solutions
Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality
Help prepare every vehicle to meet our Job Ready Promise
Maintain organized repair documentation and communicate repair progress throughout the day
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with our reconditioning and service teams to keep inventory moving
