About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Commercial TI Superintendent / Field Operations Manager to oversee field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of construction supervision experience.
- Commercial TI/interior build-out experience.
- Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, and finishes.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Procore and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction site activities and subcontractors.
- Coordinate schedules, vendors, materials, and site logistics.
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues.
- Coordinate with PMs, architects, engineers, and clients.
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
