Requirements

5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
Strong, recent tenant improvement / interior construction experience.
Background managing multiple trades, subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, and active commercial jobsites.
Familiarity with Phoenix metro subcontractors, permitting, inspections, and local project conditions.
Strong communication, scheduling, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
A hands-on field leader who takes pride in quality, safety, and delivering for the client.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial tenant improvement projects from mobilization through closeout.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, inspections, schedules, safety, quality, and site logistics.
Keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule while proactively resolving field issues.
Partner closely with the Project Manager on daily execution, look-aheads, site coordination, and client communication.
Review plans, specifications, and scopes to identify potential conflicts before they impact the project.
Maintain a professional, organized jobsite and uphold high expectations for subcontractor performance.
