This role is responsible for managing a team of bankers, focusing on both relationship management and leadership. The Commercial Team Lead III will work closely with internal partners to develop new business relationships and prospects, acquire, retain, and expand customer relationships, and develop a quality loan portfolio. This includes cross-selling bank products and services, maximizing bank profitability, and ensuring compliance with credit policy and regulatory guidelines. The leadership aspect involves mentoring teammates, setting and monitoring team goals, assisting the team with client acquisition and loan approvals, and developing team members through coaching and performance management.
