About The Position
Michigan Millers is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to join their team. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing support to our specialty lines teams.
Requirements
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain focus throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities
- Performs duties that are administrative in nature.
- Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
- Amends policies per agent requests based on authority level.
- Researches agent requests.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.
