About The Position

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial and industrial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This organization is known for its exceptional reputation, strong backlog, employee-focused culture, and commitment to delivering high-quality projects for repeat clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Ground-up commercial or industrial construction experience required.
- Proficiency with construction management technology such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing projects valued at $10M+ preferred.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and field operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
- Lead subcontractors and field personnel to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics.
- Enforce safety standards and quality control processes.
- Identify and resolve field-related issues proactively.
- Maintain daily reports and project documentation.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
