This role is for a Healthcare Superintendent in Dallas, TX.
Requirements
- Hospital renovations (VA hospital experience is highly preferred)
- Managing construction while patient care remains operational
- Abatement and hazardous material coordination
- Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA)
- Sequencing and phasing complex renovations
- Negative air systems, dust containment, and temporary barriers
- Coordinating with hospital staff, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Confidently managing the logistics of occupied healthcare construction
