An integral part of the Canadian Supply Center, the Commercial Spares Administrator executes logistics procurement activities within the Commercial Order Department to ensure on-time delivery per customer needs. The Commercial Administrator is a member of a team working directly to serve customers with a high level of energy and sensitivity to their needs. The incumbent will advocate data-based decisions and the highest standards of shipment quality. This individual will liaise directly with assigned customers, providing them with reports designed to provide an accurate view of their account status, undertake employee training, and will take the lead in improving operational processes as required.
