Serve as the primary administrative contact for commercial consignors, fleet companies, rental agencies, and financial institutions. Coordinate vehicle assignments, sale scheduling, and special instructions based on client requirements. Maintain positive client relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive service. This role involves verifying and processing all required vehicle documentation, ensuring accuracy of vehicle data in auction systems, and tracking title status. You will also be involved in sale day operations, preparing sale lists, supporting auction activities, and assisting with post-sale processes. Additionally, you will maintain and distribute reports, monitor inventory, research discrepancies, and support administrative functions by working closely with various internal teams. This role also involves assisting management with special projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
