Entry-Level Commercial Service Technician
About The Position
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an Entry-Level Commercial Service HVAC Technician for their Rochester, NY team. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of Commercial Service and HVAC in general, through on-the-job training and shadowing in the field. Commercial Service Technicians service HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule, and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for our Commercial clients. For over 75 years, Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning has worked diligently to meet the changing heating and air conditioning needs of homeowners and businesses in Upstate and Central New York. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required
Nice To Haves
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
- Educational background in HVAC preferred
Responsibilities
- Learn the fundamentals of heating and cooling through on-the-job training in the Commercial Service department
- Shadow and train with experienced technicians in the field
- Perform preventative/planned service and maintenance on Commercial HVAC equipment
- Ensure that all work completed is within company standards and within acceptable time frames
- Accurately document all work completed according to company standards
- Provide excellent customer service; build and maintain customer relations in the field
- Follow all company safety procedures, as well as any job site-specific safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager
