About The Position
Colony Tire is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Service Manager in Summerville, SC. This role is responsible for scheduling service technicians to perform tire repairs and replacement, maintaining commercial tire inventory, and other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years' experience at a tire/auto repair facility
Nice To Haves
- A two- or four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Schedule service work in response to customer requirements both at the store and service road calls at the customer’s worksite.
- Monitor service activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
- Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level.
- Assist other staff handling difficult and complicated sales.
- Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
