About The Position

A well-established commercial general contractor in the Fort Myers market is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the estimating process and joining a stable, growing construction team. The role focuses on commercial projects, particularly interior renovations, tenant improvements, and fit-outs, ideally up to $5 million. Requirements

• At least 7 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong background in interior renovations, tenant improvements, and fit-outs, ideally on projects up to $5 million.
• Ability to lead estimates from start to finish.
• Strong quantity takeoff experience.
• Ability to read drawings, interpret specifications, and develop complete scopes.
• Solid understanding of subcontractor pricing, labor, materials, and market conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Southwest Florida/Fort Myers market.
