We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Commercial Project Coordinator to support our growing Commercial & Industrial Division. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, solving problems, coordinating projects, and helping teams succeed. You'll work directly with a team of experienced commercial sales professionals, project managers, and service technicians serving hospitals, manufacturers, dialysis clinics, surgery centers, and other critical facilities throughout the Midwest. This position is designed to grow into a larger project management, commercial operations, or commercial sales role as our division continues to expand.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Sales Support, Account Management, or Project Management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and exceptional organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused tone.
  • The job is mostly in-office however it will require some travel to customer locations.

Nice To Haves

  • CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) or equivalent experience is highly preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, resolving issues and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Quoting, Ordering, and Coordinating Installation for projects, upgrades, and service contracts
  • Collaborate directly with sales personnel, service technicians and customers to fulfill duties required to accelerate sales and ensure client satisfaction.
