About The Position

Rainbow Restoration has served the Upstate of South Carolina for over 27 years and is one of the region's leading restoration companies. We work with commercial property managers, multifamily communities, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, insurance professionals, and business owners to help them prepare for and recover from property damage. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, earning trust, and growing long-term accounts in our local market. This is a local territory with no extensive travel.

Requirements

Commercial sales experience, ideally with a service-based business
Comfortable building relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Self-starter who can manage a territory independently
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Ability to pass background screening
Commitment to company values, professionalism, and customer service excellence

Nice To Haves

Experience in restoration, construction, facility services, or commercial property management

Responsibilities

Develop new commercial relationships throughout the Upstate
Become a trusted resource for property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and business owners
Generate qualified opportunities that turn into long-term customer relationships
Maintain regular contact with existing accounts while developing new business
Represent Rainbow Restoration professionally in the community
Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned territory
