About The Position

Rolling Suds is one of the fastest-growing commercial exterior cleaning companies in the DMV. We're 77% commercial revenue, with long-term recurring contracts across Northern Virginia and Maryland — clients include management companies and REITs such as JLL, Greystar, Grady Management, First Residential, Regency Centers, and Combined Properties. We just expanded into new Maryland territories and we're building the sales function to match. This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll come in as an individual contributor, work directly with the owner and Director of Operations, own a market, and grow into Sales Director as we scale. We want someone hungry enough to build something, not just work a territory.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience — you've carried a bag and hit a number
  • Comfortable in person: site visits, property walkthroughs, relationship-based selling
  • Organized self-starter who manages their own pipeline without hand-holding
  • Leadership mindset — you want to build a team, not just work one
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial real estate services, facilities, landscaping, or building services is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close new commercial accounts: property managers, HOA directors, facility managers, and commercial real estate firms across the DMV
  • Conduct site walks and present proposals on-location
  • Manage a pipeline of 30–50 active prospects at any time
  • Handle inbound residential estimates and convert them to booked jobs — we route them, you close them
  • Work closely with operations to ensure client retention and contract renewals
  • Build toward leading and managing a sales team as the business scales
