Requirements
- 1+ years of previous sales experience in any industry (retail, customer service, B2B, call center, hospitality)
- Obtain and maintain any required salesperson license (if applicable).
- Basic computer skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and leasing process from start to finish.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives to help customers find the right vehicle.
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom guests.
- Exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.
