About The Position

At Bath Fitter, you'll spearhead commercial market expansion—opening doors, creating opportunities, and securing new business for our premium renovation solutions. Unleash your potential in a role where grit, ambition, and hunter mentality are truly rewarded. This is a full-time role with competitive base salary + uncapped commission. You will be responsible for prospecting aggressively to expand the commercial client base using cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person visits. You will also jumpstart pipelines and generate new construction and renovation opportunities in commercial properties, identify and engage C-Level executives, facility managers, general contractors, property managers, architects, and other key decision-makers. Additionally, you will establish, grow, and maintain high-value Key Account relationships, forecast, plan, and streamline sales processes to drive commercial market growth, and educate clients on Bath Fitter’s PermaFit solution to help them maximize ROI. You’re the type who lives for the hunt, isn’t afraid to knock on doors, and thrives on turning cold leads into long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, Construction Sales
  • Proven track record as a "hunter" —consistently winning new accounts and exceeding KPIs
  • Strong background in cold calling , territory penetration, and developing new markets
  • Understanding of commercial construction , renovation processes, or solution-based selling
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel for training (Real ID or passport required)
