The Commercial Sales Associate III provides ongoing Commercial Customer service and documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role provides professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers, analyzes transaction structure, and provides Customer service functions. The associate will provide administrative support to Relationship Managers, assist in closing loans by clearing conditions and preparing closing packages, and support financial statement processing. Additionally, the role involves processing payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments, as well as supporting the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, and correspondence. The Commercial Sales Associate III also assists with reporting, including pipeline and loan closing, and complex loan input on the Bank loan origination platform. The role may act as the initial Customer service contact, facilitate Customer research, and process transactions as necessary. The associate will interact with external Customers as needed, provide notary services, and process more complex financial transactions. This position also assists with clearing and managing exceptions and serves as a resource for mentoring junior Commercial Sales Associates. The role may also assist in developing and recommending procedures and process flows, and generate and distribute reports to the Relationship management team.
