The Commercial Sales Associate III provides ongoing Commercial Customer service and documentation and loan system support as the Relationship Teams liaison on assigned accounts. This role provides professional and efficient service to external and internal Customers, analyzes transaction structure, and provides Customer service functions. The associate offers administrative support to Relationship Managers, assists in closing loans by helping to clear conditions and prepare closing packages, and organizes loan closing packages. Additionally, the role provides Financial Statement support, including uploading and tracking statements, processing payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments. It supports the Relationship Team with reporting, loan activities, delinquencies, correspondence preparation, and tracking in loan information. The associate also supports Relationship Managers with reporting, including pipeline, loan closing, and the most complex loan input on the Bank loan origination platform. The role involves preparing correspondence and providing administrative support. The Commercial Sales Associate III may act as the initial Customer service contact and may initiate and facilitate Customer research, depending on the complexity and nature of the issue, ensuring a comprehensive solution is provided. The associate processes Customer transactions as necessary, interacts with external Customers as needed, and provides notary services as needed. This role also processes more complex payments, advances, pay-downs, wires, and line of credit adjustments, initiates and facilitates Customer research on complex issues, and assists the Relationship Team with clearing and management exceptions. Furthermore, the Commercial Sales Associate III serves as a resource for mentoring Commercial Sales Associates I & II, prepares correspondence under the direction and review of Relationship Managers and Commercial leadership, and assists in the development and recommendation of procedures and process flow. The role may generate and distribute reports to the Relationship management team, including daily and monthly reporting, and acts as the initial Customer service contact, researching more complex Customer requests or transactions. Notary services are provided for Customers as needed.
