This role requires frequent travel, with the expectation of staying at a location for several weeks at a time.

Requirements

3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience
2-3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry
Must speak English fluently
Minimum High School Graduate or GED
Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
Work ethics
Driver's License (Required)
100% Travel Required

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
Designate material staging areas.
Oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
Manage crew personnel scheduling and issues.
Be responsible for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.
