About The Position

3MG Solutions, LLC is one of the fastest-growing residential and commercial roofing contractors in the United States. We are seeking a driven, hunter-mentality Commercial Roofing Salesperson to join our commercial sales team. In this role, you’ll prospect and secure new business opportunities in commercial roofing, build lasting relationships with property owners and general contractors, and consistently exceed quota. Previous roofing or construction experience is highly preferred, and a track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales is required. You'll be selling behind one of the most exclusive manufacturer credentials in the industry, backed by lifetime workmanship warranties and 50-year non-prorated material coverage that most competitors simply cannot offer. You'll carry brand recognition that opens doors before you knock. Our partnership means your prospects have already seen 3MG's name alongside one of the most trusted brands in St. Louis. Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within roofing, construction, or a related trade
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills with a consultative selling approach
  • Self-motivated “hunter” who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Comfortable traveling regionally for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite

Nice To Haves

  • Previous roofing or construction experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for and build a pipeline of new commercial roofing prospects—property managers, facility directors, developers, and general contractors
  • Conduct outbound prospecting
  • Network and cultivate relationships at industry events, trade shows, and local business functions to increase brand visibility and opportunity flow
  • Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in our CRM; forecast sales and manage your funnel to ensure quota attainment
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Project Management to ensure smooth handoff from sale to project execution
  • Stay organized—prioritize tasks, manage your calendar, and use sales tools to optimize productivity
  • Continuously monitor market and competitor activity; identify emerging opportunities and articulate 3MG’s value proposition
