About The Position

Nations Roof is a leading commercial roofing contractor in the U.S., offering comprehensive roofing solutions nationwide. We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive new business development and expand customer partnerships within the commercial roofing and construction market. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to reside in the Greater Fort Worth or Irving area, focusing on territory development through frequent in-person client meetings and local market engagement. This is a pure individual contributor sales role responsible for opportunity development, account growth, and revenue generation within the assigned territory, partnering with local operations and technical teams without performing estimating or technical design functions.

Requirements

  • Sales experience in similar commercial construction or contract-based service industries is required
  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts
  • Experience selling to commercial end users such as building owners, property managers, and facility teams
  • Strong understanding of the commercial construction sales process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings, site visits, and events
  • Must currently reside in the Greater Fort Worth or Irving area
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Commercial roofing sales experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow commercial roofing sales within an assigned territory
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in commercial roofing and building envelope services
  • Manage a pipeline through a combination of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with building owners, property managers, developers, consultants, and other commercial end users
  • Conduct in-person meetings and job site visits as needed to support relationship development and project progression
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations aligned to customer needs
  • Collaborate with local operations and technical teams to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction
  • Represent Nations Roof at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
