About The Position

A Senior Role for an Established Commercial Roofing Professional Farha Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Sales Executive in the Denver market—someone who understands the local commercial landscape and brings established relationships with property owners, managers, and contractors. This role is well suited for a seasoned professional who prefers autonomy, values long-term client relationships, and wants strong operational support behind their sales efforts. We’re a family-owned, mid-sized commercial roofing contractor operating across four states. Our size allows us to handle complex commercial projects while maintaining a culture where experience is respected and contributions are recognized.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales
An established book of business in the St. Louis commercial market
Experience selling and managing mid- to large-scale commercial roofing projects
Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems and pricing
Ability to work independently with minimal ramp-up
Professional, relationship-focused sales approach
Ability to access rooftops and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, building owners and asset managers, and developers and general contractors
Leverage an existing book of business while continuing to grow the St. Louis market
Sell and manage commercial roofing projects
Participate in local industry and networking events as a trusted representative of Farha Roofing
Stay involved throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction
Work closely with Farha’s estimating, operations, and production teams
Serve as a consistent point of contact for clients from proposal through completion
