As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will meet with clients, perform inspections, and provide tailored commercial roofing solutions while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial roofing experience
  • 1–2 years of sales experience
  • Knowledge of low-slope roofing systems
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations of commercial roofing systems
  • Develop and present customized roofing solutions to clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent customer service
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful roofing project execution
  • Travel locally to job sites using a company-provided vehicle
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with clients throughout the sales process
