About The Position

Commercial Roofer with 2 years of experience or more in TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings. This position is for small production projects and commercial service work. Additional training is offered to assist with advancement. This is a full time position. Seeking individuals that would like to have the opportunity to turn a job into a career.

Requirements

• Must have a Valid Drivers License.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have transportation to the office(s).
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the commercial roofing field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam, Shingles, Built Up, Modified Bitumen, and Coatings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work
• Solve problems as they occur
• Keep work area in 5S standard
• Safely perform standardized work
• Continuously improve the process
• Be at the job every scheduled day.
• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
