Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)
- OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
- Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
- Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
- Travel, Weekends, and Overtime are required (Based on project schedules)
- Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
- Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)
- Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
- Valid transportation required to report to job sites
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and clean job sites to ensure safety and OSHA compliance
- Measure, cut, and install commercial roofing and sheet metal systems to company standards
- Install TPO, EPD, PVC, metal panels, flashing, trim, coping, soffit, fascia, and related components
- Safely use, maintain, and manage tools, equipment, and materials
- Arrive on time, ready to work, and communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and professional conduct standards
