About The Position

Farha Roofing is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Business Development & Project Manager to expand its presence in the Denver market. This role offers the chance to build relationships, generate new business, and manage projects from initial contact to completion. The position provides the autonomy to develop a territory while being supported by an experienced estimating, operations, production, and administrative team within a 14-year-old, family-owned company. It's ideal for a driven and competitive individual looking for a long-term career in sales and project management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial roofing, construction sales, or related industry experience.
  • Self-starter with strong business development skills.
  • Motivated by building relationships and creating opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, coatings).
  • Property management relationships.
  • Estimating or project management experience.
  • Experience in insurance or restoration work.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities.
  • Build relationships with property managers, building owners, facility managers, general contractors, and developers.
  • Network within the Denver commercial construction community.
  • Conduct site visits and roof inspections.
  • Develop a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building.
  • Serve as the primary client contact after securing work.
  • Collaborate with the estimating team on proposals.
  • Coordinate with production and operations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain customer communication from start to finish.
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
