About The Position

Farha Roofing is seeking a motivated Commercial Roofing Business Development & Project Manager to expand its presence in the Denver market. This role is ideal for individuals with commercial roofing experience who excel at building relationships, generating new business, and managing projects from initial contact to completion. The position offers the autonomy to develop a territory, supported by a 14-year-old, family-owned company with experienced estimating, operations, production, and administrative teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial roofing, construction sales, or related industry experience.
  • Self-starter with strong business development skills.
  • Motivated by building relationships and creating opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, coatings).
  • Experience with property management relationships.
  • Experience in estimating or project management.
  • Experience in insurance or restoration work.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities.
  • Build relationships with property managers, building owners, facility managers, general contractors, and developers.
  • Network within the Denver commercial construction community.
  • Conduct site visits and roof inspections.
  • Develop a sales pipeline through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building.
  • Serve as the primary client contact after securing work.
  • Work with the estimating team to develop proposals.
  • Coordinate with production and operations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain customer communication from project start to finish.
  • Build long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
