Commercial Roof Inspector

HailSolve•Kansas City, MO

About The Position

HailSolve is hiring a Commercial Roof Inspection Analyst to evaluate commercial roofing systems across the country for hail damage. This technical, autonomous field role helps determine whether a project is viable. Travel by truck and air is extensive, and travel expenses are covered. The work is physically demanding and requires climbing tall ladders and following safety protocols. Roofing-material expertise and damage-assessment experience are preferred but not required. Inspectors may, on a trial basis and when time and routing allow, deliver company information packets to nearby commercial properties and briefly introduce HailSolve if someone is available. Inspections remain the priority. The role is suited to a detail-oriented, analytical self-starter who is comfortable working in the field and with substantial travel. HailSolve is a tech-enabled B2B hail-risk management and restoration firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. The company works with more than 350 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail real estate. It describes itself as lean and growing, with an emphasis on service, teamwork, and work-life balance.
