As a member of the executive management team, this role assists in providing the management, administrative direction, coordination, and control of activities of the overall Intercollegiate Athletics program. It also involves establishing, implementing, and interpreting the policies and procedures of the UCF Athletics Association Inc. (UCF Athletics) and participating in the development and implementation of the Association's goals and objectives. The position oversees the management of the Corporate Partnerships unit, providing direction and leadership towards revenue goals and initiatives, with accountability for strategies, policies, procedures, and goals. It serves to strategically integrate Athletics with University and community partners, acts as an authorized signatory on corporate partnership expenditures, and manages revenue generation issues. Additionally, it oversees the Ticket Sales and Operations units, providing direction and leadership towards revenue goals and initiatives, with accountability for strategies, policies, procedures, and goals. This includes participation in the development, management, and establishment of best practices, serving as an authorized signatory on unit expenditures, and managing revenue generation issues. The role ensures collaboration between oversight areas and both Athletics and University groups to expand support and revenue for Athletics. It monitors major issues impacting Athletics, especially those affecting revenues, and aids in developing and communicating responses to campus and community constituencies. The position works closely with the Director of Athletics in researching and creating progressive revenue-generating opportunities and develops positive relationships within the University and Orlando community to support these initiatives. It participates in the development of UCF Athletics’ budget and serves as an authorized signatory for assigned program expenditures. The role also serves as a committee member to the Competitive Success Unit, actively participating in governance oversight and advisory responsibility for Revenue Share for UCFAA, and acts as a commercial liaison with the conference office regarding operational areas. Engagement in fundraising and revenue-generating opportunities is also a key aspect, along with other assigned duties.
