About The Position
The Refrigeration Installation Foreman/Supervisor is responsible for supervising commercial refrigeration installation projects, leading crews, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. This position requires up to 100% travel throughout the service region.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 7+ years commercial refrigeration installation experience.
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
- Supervise refrigeration installation crews.
- Plan and assign daily work.
- Interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure code compliance and quality.
- Train and mentor technicians.
- Maintain documentation.
- Communicate with customers and project managers.
- Support startup and commissioning.
- Promote teamwork and accountability.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
