Were seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead major rebuilds and restoration projects for commercial property owners across the region. Requirements

• 5+years of commercial construction management experience(required).
• Direct experience in insurance‑driven water/fire/mold restoration projects.
• Proficiency with DASH software (required) and Xactimate (preferred).
• Knowledge of NJ building codesandpermitting processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Clean driving record and background check (required).

Nice To Haves

• OSHA30 and IICRC certifications (WRT,ASD, orFSRT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Lead teams on water, fire, and disaster‑related rebuilds for commercial facilities.
• Translate mitigation and insurance scopes into actionable construction plans.
• Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and scheduling to maintain project momentum.
• Conduct regular on‑site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
• Communicate proactively with commercial clients, insurance representatives, and internal leadership.
• Track and manage project budgets, profit margins, and billing approvals.
• Utilize DASH (NetGearSolutions) software for documentation and project tracking.
