About The Position

This role involves working with BBS&G's nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group. The attorney will engage in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including joint ventures and investment structuring, development, P3, and infrastructure projects. The position also includes handling real property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and finance.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of real estate and/or business law experience.
• Bar admission in Maryland, DC, or Virginia is preferred.
