About The Position

As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You will be handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.

Requirements

• 3 - 8 years of extensive experience in dispositions, acquisitions and financings of commercial real property.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• High level analytic, verbal and written communication skills.
• Admission to the North Carolina bar is required.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base.
• New York bar admission is a plus.
