Requirements

3-12 years of experience in commercial real estate
Significant experience in office and retail leasing, financings, and sale-purchase transactions
Demonstrated excellence in writing, legal analysis and negotiation skills
Solid academic background
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Must be admitted in New York
Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

4+ years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

Represent institutional and private lenders, owners, developers, and asset managers in commercial real estate transactions and ongoing operations.
Advise clients in the areas of acquisition, leasing, asset management, finance, development, and investment.
Represent landlords, tenants, subtenants, and asset managers in all aspects of structuring and leasing their office, industrial, retail and mixed use properties.
Represent clients on both the tenant and landlord sides of significant leasing deals.
