About The Position

The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is a 10-week intensive training designed for individuals ready to launch a career in commercial real estate brokerage. Participants will be trained directly by ELIFIN's CEO and top producers. The program is built for individuals who are already licensed or obtaining their license during the program and are ready to commit fully to building a career as a professional CRE agent. ELIFIN is Louisiana's #1 commercial real estate brokerage by number of sales, with top producers earning well into six figures and beyond. The program aims to build the next group of top agents by immersing participants in the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and the commercial real estate deal cycle.

Requirements

  • Must be licensed or obtaining their license during the program.
  • Able to live without guaranteed income for the 6 months of ramp time as a new commission-only agent, without working a second job.
  • Call the market you're applying for "home" and want to stay connected to your community.

Responsibilities

  • Train directly with ELIFIN's CEO and top-producing agents.
  • Become an expert in a specialized area of focus.
  • Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle.
  • Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling.
  • Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours.
  • Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development.
