About The Position

The ELIFIN® Apprenticeship Program is a 10-week intensive training designed to build the next group of top commercial real estate agents. It is led directly by ELIFIN's CEO and top-producing agents, focusing on individuals who are already licensed or obtaining their license during the program and are ready to fully commit to a career in commercial real estate brokerage. The program aims to instill the necessary habits, disciplines, and knowledge for new agents to perform at a high level from the outset. This is an action-driven, high-intensity environment, not an internship, focused on self-building rather than performing tasks for others. Upon successful completion, top performers are expected to transition into a full-time CRE Agent role at ELIFIN® with uncapped income potential.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate or current student in final semester.
  • Obtaining or already possess a real estate license.
  • Able to live without guaranteed income for the 6 months of ramp time as a new commission-only agent.
  • Must be able to go all in and be totally focused on building a career in CRE brokerage.

Responsibilities

  • Train directly with ELIFIN's CEO and top-producing agents.
  • Become an expert in a specialized area of commercial real estate.
  • Participate in regular training sessions covering the full commercial real estate deal cycle.
  • Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, outreach, and cold calling.
  • Shadow agents during meetings, pitches, and property tours.
  • Gain exposure to marketing strategies, lead generation, and pipeline development.
