About The Position

DiGeronimo Development is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties. This role blends financial oversight, vendor coordination, and property operations, ensuring assets are managed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple properties and priorities, while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams including development and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial property management or operations
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience with invoice processing, bill-backs, and vendor management
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tenant improvement coordination
  • Familiarity with lease administration and compliance
  • Experience working in or alongside hospitality or real estate development teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety, and tenant satisfaction
  • Assist with annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and ongoing expense tracking
  • Process invoices, maintain accurate financial records, and support accounts payable workflows
  • Administer bill-backs to tenants, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Oversee and manage work order systems, ensuring prompt resolution of maintenance requests
  • Coordinate and manage vendor contracts, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
  • Solicit bids for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects; evaluate proposals and recommend vendors
  • Support tenant coordination efforts, including move-ins, build-outs, and ongoing communication
  • Conduct routine property inspections and identify operational or maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including development and hospitality groups—to support broader company initiatives and ensure alignment across projects
  • Provide operational support to hospitality and development teams as needed, including coordination on shared assets, projects, and timelines
  • Maintain organized documentation for contracts, vendor agreements, and property records
