About The Position

Cirrus Asset Management, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Property Management Coordinator to assist with day-to-day property management needs for three assets located in Buena Park, Fullerton, and Santa Ana, California. Two of these assets are commercial industrial, and one is a regional mall. Cirrus Asset Management, Inc. is responsible for asset management and operational services in Commercial (Office, Retail, MOB, Industrial, Redevelopment) and Multifamily product types, with properties predominantly located in California, Hawaii, Washington, Colorado, Texas, and Utah. Requirements

  • Experience in commercial property management (Office, Retail, Medical Office, Industrial, Redevelopment) is required.
  • A minimum of one year of successful property management experience in a commercial office environment.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and fully understand commercial leases, abstract leases, and critical lease provisions.
  • Ability to effectively present information to tenants, business owners, and Cirrus’ leadership team.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Yardi or similar software.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with maintenance or service ticketing system software such as Angus preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Track and report work orders, leasing inquiries, and TI projects using solid organizational skills.
  • Schedule, follow up, and coordinate with vendors and tenants.
  • Support lease contract-related document preparations (Leases, Amendments, Addendums, LOI’s) and possess a working knowledge of core lease clauses and provisions.
  • Work closely with the Division Head, Asset Manager, and the Property Manager in regard to Landlord Work and Tenant Improvement related estimates.
  • Perform monthly property inspections and meet vendors/tenants during asset visits.
  • Follow up with tenant(s) regarding outstanding A/R.
  • Process A/P proficiently and accurately, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
