Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to exchange non-routine information using tact and persuasion as appropriate
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must be self-motivated, creative, and resourceful

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of college or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Three years of related experience at a commercial property is preferred.
  • Solid organization and time management abilities preferred
  • Previous Yardi Experience or similar platform preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and implements general office services such as appointment-setting, records control, and other administrative activities.
  • Responsible for coordinating budget accounting operations.
  • Maintains, interprets, and communicates operating policies.
  • Coordinates the collection and preparation of financial and operations reports.
  • Locates and compiles information, formats reports, graphs, tables, records, and other sources of information.
  • Coordinates all janitorial and housekeeping needs for the building.
  • Works side-by-side with building engineers, security and maintenance supervisors and other vendors to ensure the property maintains Class-A status.
  • Assists in the tenant rent collection process and necessary follow-up communication.
  • Coordinates and assists with tasks that impact staff, costs, and/or quality of service.
  • Coordinates tenant work order system and directs appropriate building personnel to the work.
  • Administers all card access for tenants and Onni employees.
  • Tracks all liability insurance certificates for vendors and tenants.
  • Analyzes unit operating practices such as record-keeping systems, forms control, and personnel requirements; creates new systems or revises established procedures.
  • Analyzes and tracks all building utilities.
  • Assists with special events planning.
  • Performs other duties as required.
