About The Position

Zip Water North America is seeking a Commercial Projects Coordinator (CPM) to support our growing commercial strategy as we scale in the North American market. This role is a key operational and project support partner for our commercial sales team focused on lead management, CRM optimization, quoting support, and driving pipeline execution. Zip Water is a global leader in advanced drinking water systems, delivering instant boiling, chilled, and sparkling water through our award-winning Multi-Function Tap (MFT) technology. As part of the Culligan family of brands, we’re rapidly expanding across North America with a mission to redefine hydration in commercial and residential spaces.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in project management, sales operations, or commercial support roles.
  • Experience using lead platforms like Construct Connect, Dodge, or similar.
  • CRM expertise, preferably Salesforce, including workflows and reporting.
  • Strong quoting, proposal development, and documentation skills.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in building products, commercial construction, or water technology industries.
  • Familiarity with construction bidding, compliance documentation, and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Own inbound commercial leads across platforms (AEC Daily, Construct Connect).
  • Qualify leads, enrich project data, and assign opportunities to BDMs through Salesforce.
  • Support field sales by maintaining clean, complete, and actionable records in CRM.
  • Coordinate first-stage touchpoints (e.g., product documentation, CEU follow-ups, technical Q&A).
  • Act as the internal project manager across all commercial opportunities.
  • Develop timely and accurate quotes in alignment with Zip pricing structure and project specs.
  • Create professional proposal packages including branded collateral, spec sheets, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage and update a centralized library of templates, submittals, and branded materials.
  • Coordinate across sales, operations, and product teams to ensure project needs are supported.
  • Develop accurate, timely quotes aligned with pricing structure and project scope.

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate tracking of all commercial opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Manage CRM workflows and alerts to support active project progress.

  • Act as an operational extension of the Business Development Managers.
  • Support quoting, follow-ups, documentation, and technical requests.
  • Track engagement across active opportunities and ensure timely follow through at each stage.
  • Provide guidance and tools to support specification, procurement, and installation processes.
  • Transition projects from sales to execution following quote approval.
  • Coordinate logistics, delivery timelines, and installation readiness.
  • Partner with service teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Support customer service team with inbound sales calls as needed.
