About The Position

Journey Group is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to join their team. This role supports a mix of commercial and industrial projects, with opportunities for complex, large-scale builds. The position can be tailored to the candidate's experience level, accommodating both Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.

Requirements

5+ years of construction project management experience (PM level)
10+ years for Senior Project Manager consideration
Experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience with project management software/tools

Nice To Haves

Background in projects ranging from ~$10M to $100M+ preferred

Responsibilities

Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Identify and manage project risks, changes, and cost impacts
Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor and support team members (for senior-level candidates)
