This role can be tailored to experience level, whether you're a seasoned Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager continuing to grow your career. This position will primarily support a mix of commercial and industrial projects, with opportunities to work on complex, large-scale builds depending on experience.

Requirements

5+ years of construction project management experience (PM level)
10+ years for Senior Project Manager consideration
Experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects
Background in projects ranging from ~$10M to $100M+ preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Experience with project management software/tools

Responsibilities

Lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, and overall project performance
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Oversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration
Identify and manage project risks, changes, and cost impacts
Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor and support team members (for senior-level candidates)
