About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting commercial project management for Bosch's GM portfolio while driving business process improvements through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The intern will collaborate with various teams including commercial, engineering, finance, purchasing, and program management to analyze data, enhance reporting, and support customer-facing initiatives. Key activities include identifying inefficiencies, developing automation solutions, and utilizing emerging AI technologies like Agentic AI to boost team productivity and decision-making. This role offers practical experience in automotive business operations, commercial program management, and digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university throughout the duration of the internship/co-op.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business process improvement projects.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools.
  • Interest in automotive technologies and program management.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools.
  • Experience developing automation workflows, copilots, agents, or AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, prompt engineering, business process automation, or intelligent workflow orchestration.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial project managers in tracking program deliverables, schedules, customer commitments, and business objectives.
  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that support business and customer decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, sales, purchasing, and program management teams to gather information and support program execution.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
  • Leverage AI, Copilot, Agentic AI, and automation tools to create solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Organize, validate, and analyze project, commercial, and operational data to support business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, status updates, and executive-level communication materials.
  • Support the implementation of innovative technologies and automation workflows across the organization.
  • Assist with commercial change management activities, including tracking program changes and related business impacts.
  • Research emerging technologies and recommend new tools, processes, and best practices that create measurable business value.
