About The Position

As the Commercial Program Manager at Feastables, you will own the day-to-day execution of product commercialization across the business. You will be the operational engine that keeps new products moving from concept to shelf, ensuring every SKU, innovation, renovation, and limited-time offering launches on time and at a high standard. This role sits at the center of cross-functional execution — driving alignment across teams, resolving risks before they become problems, and ensuring every stakeholder has the visibility they need to move fast.

Requirements

5–7 years of project management experience in CPG, food & beverage, or a high-growth consumer brand
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong cross-functional communicator — comfortable working with both creative and operational teams
Extreme ownership mentality — you don’t wait for someone else to fix a problem
Detail-oriented with a bias for action; you keep things moving without losing accuracy
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, or similar)

Nice To Haves

Packaging or supply chain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end commercialization of new SKUs, renovations, LTOs, and seasonal items from project kickoff through on-time retail launch
Own project timelines, manage critical path tasks, and proactively flag risks and blockers to leadership
Drive cross-functional coordination across supply chain, r&d, design, sales, marketing, finance, and external manufacturing partners to keep all workstreams aligned
Oversee packaging execution, including domestic and international packaging development, design approvals, and regulatory compliance
Maintain centralized project visibility so all stakeholders have a single source of truth on status, timelines, and decisions
