About The Position

The Commercial Producer will be responsible for developing client commercials, lifestyle show segments, promotions, and image campaigns from concept to completion. Creative scripting, shooting, graphics, and editing experience are a must. A reel must be submitted to be considered. This role involves facilitating client commercial production, lifestyle show, and News promotion production, including shooting and editing. The producer will coordinate and assign all necessary creative elements with the Company Hub for commercial and news use, maintain a variety of projects with varying production styles, and employ strong customer service skills. Extensive experience shooting and editing projects on deadlines is required, along with proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management systems.

Requirements

• College degree required
• Advanced knowledge of the post-production process, including media management and encoding video to various formats
• Broad understanding of marketing and design. Ability to translate brand visual identity and style guides into day-to-day project creation
• Software skills required include Adobe Creative Suite production package including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder on a PC platform
• The position will require day-to-day multi-tasking, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously with flexibility in breaking news situations
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Possess a strong understanding of fundamental design, a strong sense of color, typography, and composition
• Meet all deadlines, fulfill scheduling commitments, and consistently achieve deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Must have strong communication skills to communicate project status, assets needed, expectations, and provide customer service skills across a large group
• Must submit a reel to be considered
