About The Position
Responsible for supporting the development and production of commercial content across television, digital, social media, audio, and other platforms. Works throughout the creative production process, including concept development, video and audio production, shooting, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery. This is an entry-level position for a creative individual with foundational production skills, strong visual and audio instincts, and an interest in growing within a professional multimedia production environment.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of video and audio production and post-production
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Basic understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
- Basic audio editing and mixing skills
- Portfolio, demo reel, or examples demonstrating relevant production or editing skills
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish, both written and verbal, required
- Relevant coursework, internships, freelance work, personal projects, or professional production experience may be considered
Nice To Haves
- Degree or coursework in Media Production, Television, Film, Communications, Audio Production, or a related field
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with motion graphics
- Experience with audio production, sound design, or audio editing software
- Previous internship, freelance, academic, or entry-level experience in commercial, broadcast, digital, social, or audio production
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and production tools
Responsibilities
- Produces and edits commercial content for television, digital, social media, audio, and other platforms
- Participates in on-location and studio productions with clients and talent
- Operates cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
- Records and edits video, voiceover, dialogue, music, and other audio elements
- Edits video content using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Performs basic audio editing, mixing, and sound design for commercial content
- Creates basic motion graphics and visual elements using Adobe After Effects
- Works with the commercial production team to develop and execute creative concepts
- Collaborates with clients, Account Executives, and internal teams throughout the production process
- Adapts creative assets for different platforms, formats, audiences, and markets
- Supports multi-market production projects as assigned
- Maintains organized project files and follows established production workflows
- Ensures completed projects meet creative and technical standards for their intended platforms
- Supports special projects and other production needs as assigned
