About The Position

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships while driving new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have the ability to travel within a one to two-hour radius of their home office to meet with clients, particularly for larger accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial lines insurance sales or a related field.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally for larger accounts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid insurance license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the geographic areas of Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Ohio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new commercial lines business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct in-person client meetings within a one to two-hour radius of your home office, with occasional travel for larger accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and servicing of clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
