About The Position

Waukesha State Bank is seeking a Post-Closing Specialist to join our Commercial Banking team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring commercial loans are accurately booked, documented, and serviced while delivering exceptional support to both our customers and lending team. Working closely with Commercial Bankers and Processors, you'll help facilitate the loan process from approval through post-closing by ordering and reviewing loan documentation, tracking insurance and title requirements, maintaining customer files, preparing lien releases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll also serve as a valuable resource for customers by assisting with loan-related inquiries and research. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Loan processing experience and/or a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Commitment to accuracy
